God said: Let there be light, and there was light. God saw that the light was good.
God separated the light from the darkness. Light shines in the darkness, and darkness has not overcome it.
God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all. For light and darkness have nothing in common.
God dwells in unapproachable light, therefore wherever this light shines, nothing of darkness thrives!
Jesus tells us, "I am the Light of the World" and the prophet proclaims God's calling, "I will make you a light to the nations, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth". You are the light of the world. For God, who said, 'Let light shine out of darkness,' made His light shine in our hearts.
The world is full of darkness and Jesus Christ the Light of the World changes everything.
